Buying Tickets
There is no ticket specifically for the evening show – you will need to buy standard Saturday Admission Tickets.
Children aged 5 – 17 require a child admission ticket.
Parking is free of charge for ticket holders but please add this at the checkout stage so we can monitor numbers.

Yes, an admission ticket allows you access onto the showground where you can browse all the static displays, trade stands, exhibitions and other activities.
There are also viewing areas where you can sit along the crowd line and view the flying displays. Visitors are welcome to bring blankets, fold away chairs, picnics but no alcohol or glass bottles.
Children aged 4 and under have free admission to the Air Festival but please select a free of charge child ticket at the checkout.
No, as family units are no longer 2 adults and 2 children we believe it is fairer to offer reasonably priced individual tickets whatever your family make up is.
Yes, they do, these are priced at £60 per child.
The admin fee charged per booking is comparable with other ticket sellers and in many cases is much lower. It pays for the secure transaction facility, installation and maintenance of computerised ticket processing and ticket scanning hardware and software, telephone lines, labour, and other costs associated with ticket purchase and delivery.
We process payments using Stripe, a safe and secure payment gateway option. Stripe is PCI-compliant and uses 128-bit SSL encryption to protect customers' information.
Yes, the name on the tickets refers to the person who purchased them and doesn't reflect who can get entry to the Hampshire Air Festival.
E-tickets are sent out with your order confirmation. If you have not yet received your e-tickets please contact secretary@montserratevents.co.uk
If you have booked our Premium Hospitality Enclosure, you will also receive your e-ticket with your confirmation. This e-ticket is your access to the enclosure and will include information relevant to your visit.
If you haven’t received your e-tickets, please check in your Junk/Spam folder. If you can’t find them or if you have deleted the email by mistake please contact secretary@montserratevents.co.uk
Orders on tickets may be cancelled, provided this is requested within two working days of purchasing your tickets. After this time all tickets are non-refundable.

All administration/booking fees are non-refundable.
Orders of tickets may be exchanged provided that this occurs within 2 days after purchase and that both ticket types are still available for sale. There will be an administration fee of £15 payable on all order changes after the initial two working days of booking.

We do not restrict the number of children aged 4 or under per ticket-holding adult.
You may be asked for ID/proof of age, so bring some with you just in case.
Accessibility
We offer a free of charge carer's admission ticket when at least one adult admission ticket is purchased. Add a carers ticket to your basket at checkout and then please email a copy of one of the following along with your order reference number to: email address - secretary@montserratevents.co.uk

Yes, please have your blue badge on display and follow the signs as you get close to Thruxton Circuit. Please note spaces are available on a first come, first served basis, so you may be redirected to the standard car park if spaces are no longer available.
Yes - but please ensure that the battery is fully charged before your arrival as there are no facilities available to recharge them should they go flat.
We also recommend that you bring a puncture repair kit/pump in case of a flat tyre.
Yes, there are accessible toilets in each toilet block on the showground.
Yes, but please ensure it is kept on a lead at all times.
Opening Times
Saturday 12 September – Showground – 10.00am – 9.30pm
Sunday 13 September – Showground – 10.00am – 6:30pm
Car Parks will be open from 08.30 on both days.
Official HAF campsite Friday 11 September to Monday 14 September. Campsite opening hours will be confirmed in the Campsite welcome email.
How To Get To The Show
All the information required to plan your visit to the Hampshire Air Festival can be found here
SP11 8PN will get you close to the event, but once you pick up the Hampshire Air Festival signage please follow those and not your Sat Nav.
Parking
You can have re-admittance to the showground up until the showground closes. Please check with the gate team before leaving the showground and they will give you more information about re-entry.
You can bring a bicycle or scooter but it must not be ridden around the show.
Car parking will be mainly on grass apart from the accessible car park for blue badge holders.
Car parks open at 8.30am on both days and the entry gates for the show at 10.30.
Yes, however gas bottles will need to be disconnected as cooking is not permitted in the car park. The car park(s) will be emptied at the end of each day. You cannot stay overnight in the official Hampshire Air Festival car park.

Aircraft
Aircraft will be added to this website when we have written confirmation of their attendance. This will be updated when we receive confirmations.
No, apart from the planned Drone display by the organisers on Saturday evening. It is illegal to operate drones in the vicinity of an airfield without permission.

Both Saturday and Sunday will have a daytime flying display. On Saturday our evening extravaganza of pyro-aerobatics, light show, drone display and fireworks after dark. There is no evening event on Sunday this year. This is reflected in the ticket price.
At The Show
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own chairs, food and drink but not alcohol and glass bottles. Catering is also provided on the showground.
No, barbeques/open fires are not allowed on the showground or in the car park.
Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome on the showground, but please ensure they are kept on a lead at all times.
Please ensure that you clean up after your dog on the showground and in the car park.
Please do not leave your dog in your car whilst you are on the showground. We will be patrolling the car parks and take action if a dog has been left in a car.
Shelters are allowed up to 1.2 metres in height as are step ladders however they are not allowed within 10m of the crowdline so that they do not obstruct the view of others. Full height gazebos/tents are not allowed.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed within any event structure on the showground, or within 10 metres of any aircraft.
